Guilherme Lopes

Guilherme is a specialist in indirect taxes (ICMS, ICMS-ST, ISS, IPI, PIS and COFINS), with experience in tax consultancy and litigation (both administrative and judicial), dealing with demands in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, aviation, highway concession, automotive and civil construction fields.

He graduated in Law from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo and has a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), attended the Specialization course in Indirect Taxation (2021) and the Extension course in Taxation in the Oil and Gas Industry (2023) at Associação Paulista de Estudos Tributários (APET).
