Renato Nassar

Renato is a specialist in indirect taxes (ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, ISSQN and PIS/Cofins) with more than 9 (nine) years' experience in the tax area, working mostly on auditing and consulting projects for large and medium-sized companies established in Brazil and abroad, with extensive experience in assessing tax opportunities, restructuring operational flows to optimize tax planning and mitigate risks. He has worked for two major international auditing and consulting firms that are part of the so-called Big Four.

He graduated in Law from IBMEC/RJ and has a postgraduate degree in Tax Law and Tax Accounting also from IBMEC/RJ, with extension courses in Taxation in the Oil and Gas Industry - APET and Transfer Pricing studies OCDE standards - ABDF.
