Gustavo Vita Pedrosa

Lawyer with 20 years' experience in tax litigation in cases involving large companies with significant economic value in various sectors, notably petrochemicals, sugar-energy, aviation, clothing and machinery, among others.

He specializes in conducting and monitoring legal proceedings in all the Federal Regional Courts, the Courts of Justice, as well as the Federal Supreme Court and the Superior Court of Justice, with extensive experience in the Superior Courts.

In view of his recognized work in judicial litigation, he has contributed several interviews and articles to the specialized press (Valor Econômico, Conjur, Jota, CNN Brasil, Estadão, Metrópoles, Reuters, etc.) on relevant judgments in the Federal Supreme Court, the Superior Court of Justice and legislative changes.

Graduated in Law from Universidade Paulista. Postgraduate in Tax Law and Tax Procedure from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), as well as other training courses throughout his career (FGV, FIPECAFI, Aduaneiras, among others).

Member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT) and TEWA (Tax Experts).
