Joline Takahashi

Joline has more than 12 (twelve) years' experience in the tax area, with experience in auditing and tax consultancy projects, with focus on tax compliance, direct taxation and transfer pricing. She has worked at PwC and a large European firm. Her experience also includes her participation in projects involving the identification and quantification of tax risks and benefits. She also has experience in tax analysis for individuals.

She graduated in Accounting from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC SP and in Law from Faculdade Metropolitanas Unidas - FMU. She has an MBA in Tax Management from Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras - FIPECAFI. Extension courses in Taxation in the Oil and Gas Industry - APET, International Accounting Standards (IFRS) - IBDT/FIPECAFI and Taxation and Transfer Pricing studies OCDE standards – ABDF.
