Amanda is a professional with more than 22 (twenty-two) years of experience. She was a tax consultant at PwC and associate lawyer at Garrigues.
Among her main activities, she has led complex tax planning projects, M&A with focus on corporate restructuring, reviews of tax procedures, including transfer pricing, and accounting audits of financial statements.
She has a degree in accounting from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and in law from Universidade Paulista - UNIP, with specialization courses in International Tax Law from Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário - IBDT and in International Accounting and Taxation Standards from Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras - FIPECAFI. She is currently studying for a master's degree in International and Comparative Tax Law at IBDT.
She has been a tax advisor at Fundação Julita since 2018.
